Ehousehub has been an inactive site for well over a year, so I am going to be making some changes to the site to make use of this potentially very useful piece of Internet real estate.

A blog will be put onto the site and will use video applications on a regular basis. The shopping cart, which received three orders last month needs to be uninstalled or deactivated until another product line can be obtained and uploaded.

Since we bought a new house, many of my activities include taking care of the 3 acre yard, maintaining the pool, and other home improvement tasks. The ehousehub blog, will be where I blog about all these activities.

We were looking for an interior designer that services the Philadelphia area, and a friend recommended Green Door Interiors who operate out of Blue Bell. Checking out their site, I see that they service not only residential accounts, but business accounts as well. We just bought a new house, and are going to be maintaining two residences so we will need to use quite a few of their services to include purchasing designer furniture, and all of the residential interior design services that they offer.

This will be a true learning experience for us, as we have never used the services of a professional designer. Lizzie, being an artist herself, prides herself on being a good home decorator. I myself don’t know much about interior design. When I think of an interior designer, I think of the designer Eldin Bernecky, who was Murphy Brown’s designer. I certainly hope that we don’t establish such a long term relationship with our designer as she did in the show.

Ehousehub.com will be undergoing some changes in the next couple of weeks.  The site was assigned its own developer, who will be adding new products. The site has also been undergoing a limited link building campaign, but nothing too serious. Keywords we would like the site to rank for include hand tools, discount hand tools, quality hand tools, hand tool use,  power tools, discount power tools, name brand power tools, power tool use,  home improvement, home improvement tips, home improvement tools, home improvement plans, home improvement ideas, and home improvement warehouse to name a few.

In addition to adding more quality home improvement tools to the site, we would like to add many more home improvement related articles as well. This home improvement blog will also play an integral role in the development of the site.
